Furniture store damaged after water line break
A New Jersey furniture business is suffering after a water line broke and flooded their store in Marion, New Jersey over the weekend. The store, Second Chance, was left with extensive water damage after a over 1,000 gallons of water were extracted from the store. Furthermore, store owners now have to find something to do with their water damaged merchandise.
The store is around 6,000 square feet and officials believe water from a broken toilet line ran from somewhere between six to twelve hours, filling the building with over 1,000 gallons of water. They estimate around $50,000 worth of merchandise was damaged from the flooding.
