The Austin cleaning technicians of WOW Total Cleaning have learned of an ambitious new privately-funded major project.
KUD International and Austin Planetarium have announced their plan for a 47-story tower that will hold a planetarium, museum of science, and other technology-related centers.
The $240 million structure is presently being considered to be built near the Texas Capitol. The Texas Facilities Commission is presently examining the joint-endeavor’s proposal for a ground lease.
The planetarium is predicted to bring in 600,000 visitors every year and bring in approximately $60 million annually. If everything goes according to plan, the building can reach completion by 2016.
Austin Planetarium started as an organization more than a decade ago, but it never imagined it would be so close to beginning a project of this size.
